Arts Person of the Year Award

Have you been thinking about who you would like to nominate for the 2011 Arts Person of the Year? You better get the information together, since there is less than a month left! Recognize anyone who has volunteered many hours to the arts in Brampton by completing a nomination form. The award is presented at the Brampton Arts Council’s Annual Mayor’s Luncheon for the Arts on Tuesday, September 20, 2011.

Keep in mind when nominating someone:

• She/he must be a resident or have a Brampton affiliation.
• Individuals & couples can be nominated.
• Companies do not qualify.
• Submit a detailed resume of the individual’s involvement, including dates
• Nominees can come from all art disciplines (visual, performing, literary, etc.).
• Nominees need not be artists. They may be volunteers who have devoted years of service to your arts organization
